Why are my details not working?

The details for Grain Mate have to match the details that are in the Emerald Grain System, you are able to locate these details on documents you receive from Emerald, otherwise you can contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

 

Why have I not received an email?

First check your Junk inbox, if the email is not in your Junk inbox, contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

 

Why is my registration/ password reset link not working?

Try highlighting and copying the link from you registration/ resetting password email and pasting it in to the web browsers address cell, if the link still does not work contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

 

Why is it not accepting my password I have just created?

Your password must be 8 characters long and contain letters, numbers and at least on special character (example Rover#14), if the password still does not work contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

 

Why is my Payee ID not working?

Double check your Payee number with payment paperwork you have received from Emerald Grain, ensure this payee number is already registered for Grain Mate, otherwise you can contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

 

Why is my password not working?

Check that you are entering the correct password, and using the correct upper case and lower case letters. If your password is still not working, click on the “Forgotten your password?” link located below the Login button to reset your password.

 

What to do when you get locked out after 5 unsuccessful password attempts?

Wait 15 minutes till your account is unlocked and reset your password.
